What is Hacking Good?

Hacking Good is a global series of hackathon events, powered by Pledges for Change, that take place annually in cities across the globe. We believe in a world where young people are equipped and empowered to tackle society’s greatest challenges using the power of technology. Every year, participants address one of the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the projects they create during the weekend.

Explore. Develop. Impact.

Participants will collaborate in teams of up to four to design initiatives and/or build web, mobile, and hardware projects, while participating in workshops, learning from industry mentors, and competing for prizes. Hacking Good provides a welcoming atmosphere for young people to create and learn about all kinds of incredible innovations and technologies that change the world.
